Genesys Spine introduced the AIS-C 3D-printed non-screw based cervical stand-alone cage in the U.S.
AIS-C comprises an interbody cage and titanium anchors to enable bony fusion and fixation with direct anterior access and minimal steps. The cage features Genesys Spine’s proprietary Semafourâ„¢ Technology, a 3D lattice optimized for osteogenesis through tailored pore size, wettability, roughness and surface energy.
AIS-C 3DP includes:
- A direct anterior approach for a smaller, mid-line incision
- Quick, non-impacting anchor insertion without an awl or drill
- Zero-step locking mechanism
- Easy revision or removal
The AIS-C 3DP gained FDA 510(k) marketing clearance in 2018.
