Zimmer Biomet Reportedly Breached Deferred Prosecution Deal

Court filings indicate that Biomet breached a 2012 deferred prosecution agreement (DPA) undertaken to resolve a foreign corruption investigation. Terms of the DPA may have been breached based upon conduct in Brazil and Mexico that was disclosed in 2014.
