Tobra Medical commenced full U.S. launch of the Tobra Bone Basket to maximize collection of autograft bone during high speed bone drilling.
The system features a mesh basket designed and tested to capture drilled bone particles while allowing for continuous, non-stop filtration of blood and irrigation fluid. The basket is removable for transport of autograft bone with minimal direct handling, and it can be inverted for complete retrieval of all bone particles. The plunger eliminates excess fluid from autograft for ease of manipulation.
