SeaSpine commenced limited launch of Regatta™, a minimally invasive lateral interbody fusion system featuring NanoMetalene® titanium surface technology. Full launch is slated for 1H19.
Regatta is designed for indirect decompression and restoration of sagittal alignment, and is offered in 10 and 15 degree lordotic options for sagittal alignment and 18 and 23mm wide implants for complete endplate coverage. The lateral retractor and EMG nerve detection dilators support visualization and minimal tissue disruption through the psoas. Regatta also features new streamlined disc preparation and angled instruments.
By year-end, SeaSpine will also launch additional instrument sets to expand the navigation system-compatible instrumentation that supports the Malibu and Newport MIS posterior fixation systems, as well as 20 new sets each for Shoreline, Mariner and Ventura interbodies.
