The Chinese Patent Office is issuing Patent Application No. 201180020517.1, “Intervertebral Implants and Graft Delivery Systems and Methods,” as an enforceable patent for Pinnacle Spine. This is Pinnacle’s first ex-U.S. patent, following three U.S. patents covering InFill® fusion technology.
InFill fusion systems comprise interbody fusion devices that are designed for easier insertion, reduced subsidence through maximum contact with the apophyseal ring, a large bone grafting area and compatibility with the InFill graft delivery system. The devices are offered in designs to accommodate Lateral, TLIF, ALIF and Cervical procedures.
