The customizable collagen platform is designed as an alternative to current synthetic and biologic tissue repair devices, particularly in cell compatibility, tensile strength and the promotion of quality tissue in growth and repair.
CelGro is being studied vs. corticosteroid injection to treat rotator cuff tendinopathy; the trial is a collaboration between Orthocell and DePuy Synthes Products.
