Nexxt Spine introduced the Stand Alone Cervical Turn Lock (TL) lumbar fusion system. The device incorporates the dual functionality of a cervical interbody and anterior plate with an integrated one-step turn lock.
Nexxt Spine titanium interbody devices are 3D laser-printed in-house using Nexxt Matrixx® technology. An engineered lattice that provides varying pore sizes from 300μ, 500μ and 700μ with a modulus of elasticity reportedly comparable to PEEK.
Multiple footprints of sterile packed interbodies accompany screw sizes for varying patient anatomy. A zero profile construct eliminates the need for traditional plate and screw fixation. The 90° one-step turn lock is designed to increase surgeon confidence and procedural efficiency.
ALIF and Lateral versions are slated for launch in 4Q20.
