MicroPort Orthopedics released the HIPTURN™ (Tension Under ReductioN) device, designed to offer surgeons the ability to trial different offset and neck options accurately without removing any constructs.
The HIPTURN tensioning instrument eliminates the need for multiple trials and can save the hospital OR time, which can support cost savings and a better experience for both the surgeon and patient.
HIPTURN integrates into MicroPort’s hip product line and works alongside Profemur® hip stems, the Dynasty® & Prime acetabular cups, and in conjunction with the SuperPath and AnteriorPath surgical techniques.
