LimaCorporate has grown its SMR Shoulder system with U.S. and New Zealand launch of the SMR TT Hybrid Glenoid component.
This is reportedly the first device of its kind to offer conversion from an anatomic to a reverse procedure. The material is a combination of polyethylene and LimaCorporate’s proprietary Trabecular Titanium 3D printed technology.
To date, the SMR total shoulder has been implanted >150,000 times worldwide. Within 2018, system received new ODEP ratings awarded by the Orthopaedic Data Evaluation Panel in the U.K.
