Integra LifeSciences signed an agreement with aap Implantate to distribute the LOQTEQ® Distal Radius System in the U.S.
The LOQTEQ system adds a wrist plate to Integra’s lineup of upper extremity products, which include joint reconstruction (arthroplasty) and trauma products to treat hand/wrist, shoulder and elbow. In hand/wrist specifically, for example, the company offers the Freedom Wrist Arthroplasty System and the PyroCarbon MCP prosthesis.
The transaction also furthers aap’s initiative to expand its footprint throughout the U.S., activity which we’ve tracked since 2015.
