Integra LifeSciences (IART) commenced full market release of the Titan™ Reverse Shoulder System-S (RSS-S), including a new glenoid baseplate designed to achieve immediate fixation with an independent central screw. A porous-coated central post allows the patient’s bone to grow onto the implant to help maximize long-term fixation.
The launch comes on the heels of a signed license agreement with Consortium of Focused Orthopedists to co-develop a short stem and stemless shoulder system.
