GMReis, an orthopedic device company, announced FDA (k) Clearence to market the comprehensive Versalock Hand Plating System.
This system contains variable angle self-retaining and self-tapping screws from Ø1.3 to Ø2.0 mm and, in addition to the standard plates, offers a range of specific fragment plates for trauma such as scaphoid, proximal 1st metacarpal (dorsal and lateral), metacarpal neck, phalanx head and a metacarpal/phalanx plate that allows correction of angulation and rotation.
A rhizarthrosis arthrodesis plate is also available in this set.
