Clinical Studies Compare ConforMIS iTotal CR Knee to Off-the-shelf Devices

Study results demonstrated that patients implanted with ConforMIS’ iTotal® CR customized total knee exhibited more natural knee kinematics vs. those receiving an “off-the-shelf” total knee.

Specifically, the study compared patients implanted with iTotal CR vs. those implanted with a Zimmer Biomet NexGen® (“Legacy”) or Persona® (“Modern”) total knee (25 patients with a ConforMIS iTotal CR, 15 patients with a Legacy implant and 19 patients with a Modern implant).

Results from this and three additional studies of the iTotal, iUni and iDuo knees will be presented at the 2016 British Association for Surgery of the Knee (BASK) Annual Meeting, March 30-31, 2016.
