Amplify Surgical marked the milestone of treating 300 spinal levels with the dualX® Expanding Interbody Fusion System. This is an increase from 100 treated levels as reported in October 2019.
dualX technology is a family of titanium expandable interbody devices that expand in both width and height, implanted in lateral lumbar (LLIF), posterior lumbar (PLIF) and transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (TLIF) procedures.
CEO Andy Choi said, “I am so very pleased as we are seeing unprecedented adoption during full commercialization launch. Even since our first cases I have seen such great results, and it is exciting to support surgeons with revolutionary technology. We are more than doubling our growth quarter over quarter and we expect continuous improvement as we go further into 2020.”
