Paragon 28 launched PRESERVE™ HammerGraft™, aseptically-processed allograft implants for the treatment of hammertoe deformity.
The system comprises four implants in 2.3 and 2.8mm straight and angled formats, harvested from the cortical rim of the tibia or femur. Aseptic processing is intended to avoid the potential reduction of osteoinductivity and increase in structural fatigue that may arise from gamma radiation/bleaching.
HammerGraft includes dense cancellous spacers in 6, 8 and 10mm increments for lengthening at the PIP joint.
