QUARTEX screw heads accept 3.5mm or 4.0mm rods in titanium or cobalt chrome alloy, and offer 90° of conical angulation. INDEPENDENCE MIS instruments deploy pre-loaded anchors through a small, protected corridor no larger than the implant itself and streamlines the procedure into 3 steps: inserting the implant, deploying the anchors and locking the anchors.
