Zimmer Biomet Introduces ZBEdge Connected Intelligence Suite of Integrated Robotics and Digital Health Technologies

Zimmer Biomet debuted the ZBEdge™ Connected Intelligence Suite of digital and robotic technologies, comprising currently available and to be launched elements. ZBEdge technologies are engineered to deliver data-powered clinical insights, shared across an episode of care.

Current ZBEdge technologies include:

• Anatomical visualization and guidance tools Signature™ ONE Surgical Planning, the iAssist® Knee Alignment System and Optical Navigation
• mymobility® patient engagement with Apple Watch®
• Data services and analytics including the OrthoIntel Orthopedic Intelligence Platform and Omni™ Surgical Suite integrated operating room

The ZBEdge Connected Intelligence Suite offers hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers access to pre-, intra- and post-operative technologies designed to create an integrated product experience that draws upon data from devices, robotics and digital technologies. This data is aggregated, analyzed and translated into actionable clinical insights that can inform and enhance a surgeon’s care decisions through the OrthoIntel Orthopedic Intelligence Platform.
