The reports are intended to clarify cost-drivers and enhance visibility into post-discharge patterns and effectiveness to help decision-makers identify opportunities for improvement.
This follows SPS’ 2Q16 launch of JointCOACH™, a digital engagement and education platform to coordinate care delivery and improve the experience of patients undergoing joint replacement.
