SAGICO received FDA 510(k) clearance to market its system in late 2Q17. Aria and Arion implants are made from PEEK (sourced from Invibio), titanium alloy (Dynamet) and tantalum beads/rods (X-medics). Arion is based on TriFix internal fixation, featuring three distinct points of stabilization. Aria offers controlled, incremental expansion.
The company’s full ex-U.S. range includes thoracolumbar fixation, anterior/posterior cervical, interbody fusion, biologics and vertebroplasty/kyphoplasty.
