Pantheon Surgical acquired the Blue Topaz/CompresSIve sacroiliac screw system from Osseus Fusion Systems, which will continue to distribute the technology.
Blue Topaz/CompresSIve features distal cutting flutes and dual lead threads to enable an optimized bone grip. A perforated, open implant design supports improved osseointegration and reduced radiographic signature. Integrated safety features help control targeting and screw insertion and incorporate a post-fusion removal system.
Pantheon Surgical’s other products include the Pontus implant, the Epiphany implant, the Trident Anchor Cervical Implant, the Summit Spine Channel and Yellowstone Interbody Fusion Systems. In mid-2Q20, Pantheon acquired Incite Innovations, developer of an Anterior Cervical Fusion system and Anchored Interbody Technology.
Eric Hansen, CEO of Pantheon Surgical said, “I look forward to a continued relationship with our phenomenal distribution network. We will continue to develop the [CompresSIve] system by adding two sizes and size surface technologies in the near future.”
