Ozop Surgical entered into an exclusive license agreement to sell Spinal Resources (SRI) products, including the Swedge pedicle screw and transition rod and a full portfolio including 3D-printed, PEEK and carbon fiber devices for spinal and cervical fixation.
The agreement allows Ozop to recognize immediate revenue for sales of SRI product. Under the arrangement, SRI will continue to market Swedge and its existing portfolio to existing U.S. and ex-U.S. customers. Ozop will purchase all existing inventory of SRI instruments and implants, and will use SRI as a distributor.
Further, terms allow an option for Ozop to purchase SRI.
Ozop plans to complete development of an expandable cage in 2020, and will be able to market it and other Ozop products through its access to SRI’s distribution network.
