It is designed to provide a minimally invasive approach to bilateral decompression under complete visualization, interbody fusion and stabilization with pedicle screws. RMM’s tulip pull-off strength is reportedly comparable to preassembled pedicle screws, and its cobalt chrome construct offers fatigue strength comparable to 5.5mm titanium.
