Materialise Gains FDA Clearance for 3D-Printed Pediatric Osteotomy Guides

Materialise received FDA 510(k) clearance to market its Surgicase Orthopaedics system to assist in pre-op planning for pediatric patients undergoing radius and ulna osteotomies.

The system comprises SurgiCase Connect surgical planning software and patient-specific SurgiCase Guides, which are 3D printed.

Materialise is displaying its range of 3D printing solutions at AAOS 2017, in Booth #5423.
