Leader Biomedical is acquiring International Orthopaedics, a Germany-based manufacturer/distributor of ICON total hip and hip resurfacing implants and instruments.
Leader’s products include C-ment® PMMA bone cement with and without gentamycin, the X-Grip® ACL reconstruction system, eTiss® allografts and Ossfinity® and OssGro® synthetic grafts.
The transaction follows Leader’s previous expansions in 2016 and 2017 in Brazil, India, Malaysia, Russa and the U.S.
