Integra launched the Titan™ Press-Fit Reverse Shoulder for Fracture, a two-piece stem design that does not require cement for fixation.
The Titan Reverse Shoulder received FDA 510(k) clearance in 3Q16. The implant achieves an implant-to-bone press-fit fixation below the fracture in the humeral canal. Published studies have demonstrated comparable or better functional results in fracture treatment scenarios with stems that fixate in the humeral canal compared to published studies of other stem designs.
Integra’s products are on display at AAOS 2017 in Booth #5833.
