In’Tech Medical, a contract manufacturer for the orthopaedic industry, entered into a binding agreement to acquire Bradshaw Medical.
Bradshaw is located in Wisconsin and was founded in 2006. The company has over 40 issued patents for its spinal and orthopaedic instrument portfolio, and provides customizable silicone overmolded solutions. ORTHOWORLD estimates Bradshaw’s annual revenue in a range from US $25MM to $30MM.
The acquisition boosts In’Tech’s staff to over 800 employees, with projected 2018 revenues of ~$120MM.
In’Tech, founded in France in 2000, provides instruments, implants, sterilization cases and trays from locations in the U.S., Europe and Asia-Pacific. Since July 2017, the company’s development strategy has been supported by Eurazeo PME and Andera Partners. Its prior acquisitions include:
- Pyxidis, manufacturer of metal and plastic sterilization cases and trays in France (2017)
- Ortho Solutions, Malaysia-based contract manufacturer of orthopaedic implants and instruments (2016)
- Turner Medical, a U.S. manufacturer of orthopaedic implants and instruments (2015)
