The approach includes:
FlowerBucketPrice™: in which all components needed for the case are identified, bundled and invoiced as one price per procedure
Flower ECO Implant™ Line: a value-based portfolio that can accommodate challenging reimbursement scenarios (two implant lines are based on the same technology; both lines us the same locking mechanism, screws & instruments)
FlowerBuyBack™ Program: allows the surgery center to sell back to Flower used single-use instruments from the case
Flower Ready-For-Surgery™ product portfolio: addressing operational costs of processing trays, inherent case delays/cancellation and infection risk. For instance, the Ready-For-Surgery FlowerCube™kit obviates the need to clean, sterilize, track and manage implant trays.
