Bodycad announced completion of the first personalized restorations using its Unicompartmental Knee system.
The uni knee received FDA and EU regulatory clearance earlier in 2017. The restoration process is based on proprietary 3D rendering of medical images of the patient’s anatomy, to yield a better fit and support positive clinical results. All patient-specific implant and instruments are delivered as a “procedure in a box.”
Bodycad’s product pipeline includes applications in total knee, total hip and shoulder.
