Exactech introduced ExactechGPS® TKA PLUS, an application providing real-time intraoperative computer guidance during total knee arthroplasty. TKA PLUS allows surgeons to plan, guide and verify key steps of a knee replacement procedure and check implant alignment.
The application expands ExactechGPS portfolio, which includes applications for primary and revision knee surgery. The new launch also complements the company’s Truliant® Knee System, first used in a clinical procedure in May 2017.
ExactechGPS has been used in more than 8,500 total knee cases in 12 countries across the globe.
ExactechGPS TKA PLUS and Truliant are available in pilot launch after completion of use in a first surgery. Full availability expected in 2018.
