Johnson & Johnson Medical Shanghai entered co-marketing, distribution and R&D agreements with TINAVI, allowing DePuy Synthes to promote TINAVI’s robotic applications for spine and trauma surgery in China.
The TINAVI robotic platform, to date the only arm-based robotic technology with multiple indications approved for use in spine and trauma in China, comprises a robot arm, intraoperative planning interface and integrated navigation. Navigation includes intra-operative 3D imaging, optical navigation and intra-operative screw planning.
The agreement with TINAVI supports Johnson & Johnson’s initiatives to create connected digital environments that enhance surgical performance, education and monitoring.
