Corin announced that Jon Serbousek has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Serbousek brings an extensive track record to Corin, with more than 35 years of experience in the healthcare sector. His career includes international leadership roles in companies that include Orthofix Medical, Biomet, Medtronic and DePuy Orthopaedics.
In his most recent position, Jon led Orthofix Medical as its President, CEO and Director, and until recently as Executive Chairman of the newly merged Orthofix/SeaSpine. His prior roles include Worldwide Group President of Biomet Orthopedics, Worldwide President of Biomet Biologics, Division President for Medtronic Spine and Biologics, and Vice President of Marketing and Product Development for DePuy Orthopaedics, a Johnson & Johnson company.
Serbousek’s experience and expertise will be particularly valuable as Corin is set to bring a new pipeline of products to market and begin clinical use of Apollo, a robotic-assisted surgical platform designed to provide personalized dynamic balance, the future of joint replacement.
