Bioventus grew its allograft bone substitute offering with launch of OSTEOAMP® SELECT Fibers for spine, foot/ankle, orthopedic and trauma procedures. It joins the present OSTEOAMP lineup of putty, sponge and granule formats.
OSTEOAMP SELECT Fibers are processed to retain growth factors that support bone formation, and the nanotextured fibers provide a conduit for cell migration. The interlocking fibers provide ease of handling, high fluid retention and the ability to expand while staying in place in irregular bone voids. The product is available in five sizes, from 1 cc to 15 cc.
