Arthrex entered into an exclusive partnership to globally market Bimini Health Tech’s Autopose family of products for the harvesting and micro-fragmentation of adipose tissue. Bimini will provide Arthrex with exclusive commercial distribution rights for the orthopedic surgery and sports medicine fields of use and will continue to be responsible for product manufacturing and supply.
The Autopose portfolio of products allows for sterile closed-loop processing of lipoaspirate tissue in procedures involving the recovery, concentration and transfer of autologous adipose tissue for use in orthopedic and arthroscopic procedures.
Bradford Conlan, Chief Executive Officer of Bimini Health Tech, said, “The Autopose platform allows for the safe harvesting and processing of autologous adipose tissue, for those that are not accustomed, and leverages the unique properties of the patient’s own adipose tissue.
