Founded in 2007 in France’s Rhone valley, SOFAB incorporates FIRM Industrie, POLI ALPES and POLI-TECH, all ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certified manufacturers of implants and ancillary devices, with services ranging from machining to polishing and engraving. SOFAB generates annual revenue of ~€5MM (~US $5.3MM), of which 80% comes from Amplitude Surgical.
In late 3Q16, Amplitude completed its acquisition of Unimplant, its distribution subsidiary in Brazil.
