Additive Orthopaedics Gains FDA Clearance for Patient Specific 3D Printed Locking Lattice Plates

Additive Orthopaedics received FDA 510(k) clearance to market Patient Specific 3D Printed Locking Lattice Plates designed to address stabilization and fusion of fractures, osteotomies and arthrodesis of small bones such as the foot and ankle.

The company's original locking lattice plate design gained FDA clearance in 2017. Patient specific implants, such as this newly-cleared product and Patient Specific 3D Printed Bone Segments, will be the cornerstone of Game Plan™, an integrated surgical planning system that will launch within 2019.
