ATEC reported 1Q26 orthopedic sales of $192.1 million, up 13.6% compared to the first quarter of 2025.
The company’s case volume increased 21% during the quarter, while new surgeon growth increased 23%. These metrics illustrate ATEC’s underlying strength and continued ability to compel surgeon adoption and utilization.
However, biologics attachment rates were lower than expected and EOS unit deliveries fell short of the quarterly goal.
“Turning to EOS. Revenue was $14 million, down $3 million year-over-year as the number of system deliveries were lower than the prior year period, resulting in lower revenue recognition for the quarter. These results were below our expectations for the quarter, and we have taken steps to address this by strengthening our sales team and downstream marketing function,” said ATEC CFO Todd Koning.
ATEC adjusted its 2026 total revenue guidance to $882 million, comprising $805 million in surgical revenue (unchanged) and $77 million in EOS revenue.
