Results from a study of Zyga Technology’s SImmetry® Sacroiliac (SI) Joint Fusion with decortication procedure indicate that, at 12 months, fusion was reported in 88% of patients and back pain decreased by 46%, on average. No subjects exhibited device- or procedure-related adverse events through 12 months.
The single-center study enrolled 18 patients undergoing 20 minimally invasive SI joint fusion procedures with decortication and bone grafting.
