Incite Innovations acquired NeuroStructures for an undisclosed sum. NeuroStructures designs, develops, manufactures and markets spinal implants for cervical and thoracolumbar applications. The company has eleven products with FDA 510(k) clearance, and is developing expandable implants that include PLIF, TLIF and lateral, all with their own individual patents.
This will be Eric Hansen’s third spinal start up including Surgical Dynamics, Blackstone Medical and Osseus Fusion Systems. As the new CEO of NeuroStructures, Mr. Hansen brings with him a team of industry and business experts. Joining him on the executive team is Bree Teer as Chief Operating Officer, Stacey Wolfe Goheen as a member of the advisory board, and a seasoned sales team eager to incorporate the NeuroStructures products, providing additional options for our valued surgeons.
Incite Innovations offers expandable and modular technologies, such as the Trident cervical, lateral and anterior lumbar Anchored Interbody Technologies. Also included under the Incite Innovations umbrella is the advanced Orion SI Joint Fusion system.
NeuroStructures will continue Hansen’s legacy of a “Company built by Surgeons, for Surgeons.” With Eric Hansen at the helm, NeuroStructures will endeavor to serve the spinal industry through innovation, cost cutting efforts and increased efficiencies.
