Phygen received a Notice of Allowance for the Leucadia AutoLok Fixation Screw Assembly under U.S. Patent Application No. 13/274,243.
AutoLok was introduced in 2011, and >400 levels were implanted in spinal fusion cases with no instances of backout nor revisions or field complaints of any kind. The product was taken off the market after Phygen’s asset sale to Alphatec Spine in 2012. Phygen has now re-acquired full ownership of the technology.
