Smith & Nephew: Positive Study Result for INTERTAN Intertrochanteric Antegrade Nail

Smith & Nephew announced study results published in Rheumatology and Orthopedic Medicine showing that its INTERTAN intertrochanteric antegrade nail significantly reduced the risk of implant-related failures in hip fracture patients by 81%, and revision surgery by 65%, when compared to single screw nails.
