It is anticipated this collaboration will support innovation in JNJ segments such as DePuy’s orthopaedics, as well as eye health and consumer products.
Numerous companies are developing, launching and talking about their products that are manufactured via additive manufacturing/3D printing, as well as entering into partnerships to support their efforts. Or, in the case of Stryker, constructing its own 3D printing manufacturing facility for initial support in its knee and spine segments.
