Implanet and L&K Biomed finalized agreements for cross-distribution of spinal products in the U.S., Asia/Oceania and Europe.
As noted in January, the two companies were in collaboration on commercialization in the U.S. Now, as finalized, the agreements indicate that:
- In the U.S., Implanet America will work with L&K subsidiary Aegis Spine to ramp up commercialization of its JAZZ® fixation platform.
- In Asia and Oceania, L&K will distribute JAZZ devices alongside its own product, starting in South Korea and Japan, and then adding China.
- In Europe, Implanet will distribute L&K’s products that complement JAZZ devices in the U.K., France and Germany
