Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona issued a positive coverage decision for minimally invasive sacroiliac joint (SI) fusion, exclusively for SI-BONE’s iFuse Implant System, dated November 20.

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona covers >700,000 lives. This announcement marks the 26^th iFuse-exclusive policy established by a commercial payer in the U.S. Forty-four of the 65 largest private payers in the U.S. now cover the iFuse Implant System for MIS SI joint fusion.

Since launch in 2009, >34,000 iFuse procedures have been performed by >1,700 surgeons globally.
