Nextremity Solutions Announces Initial Cases Using InCore TMT

Nextremity Solutions completed the first several cases using its InCore® TMT (Tarsometatarsal) System in limited commercial launch.

InCore TMT is a three-part construct intended for internal fixation in Lesser Tarsometatarsal Joint Arthrodesis. It supports correction through a Targeting Guide that provides distraction of the joint, for visualization and joint preparation prior to fixation. A built-in Compression-Distraction Fixture provides compression parallel to the long axis of the first metatarsal.

An intraosseous approach eliminates soft tissue contact, which can lead to irritation in some patients, since the implant is placed within and not on bone.

InCore TMT received FDA 510(k) clearance earlier this year.
