DJO Reports 4Q15/2015 Revenue

DJO Global posted 4Q15 revenue of US $308MM, +9.4% vs. 4Q14, and 2015 revenue of $1.1BB, +6.7% vs. 2014. Growth reflects constant currency. As-reported, sales grew 6.1% and 2.4%, respectively.

During 4Q15, DJO completed the "wind-down" of the Empi business and restated historical financials to reflect Empi as discontinued operations. (Joint Active Systems signed a non-binding letter of intent to acquire the Empi Advance® ROM line of dynamic braces in 1Q16.)
